  • 10 a.m – Gentle Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-Level Yoga – Level 2 (Cara)
  • 7 p.m. – Slow Flow – Level 2-3 (Cara)

Tuesday

  • 9 a.m. – Vinyasa – Level 2-3 (Leslie)
  • 11:30 a.m. – Chair Yoga (Eileen)
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-Level Yoga – Level 2 (Carina)
  • 7 p.m. – Gentle Restorative – Level 1 (Jon) 

Wednesday

  • 10 a.m – Gentle/Yoga Basics – Level 1-2 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-level- Level 2 (Cara)
  • 7 p.m. – Strength & Stretch -All-Level (Jori)

Thursday 

  • 9 a.m. – Vinyasa – Level 2-3 (Leslie)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Gentle Restorative – Level 1 (Eileen)
  • 7 p.m. – Beginning Yoga – Level 1 (Theresa) runs throuh 2/21 – Drop ins welcome!! 

Friday 

  • 8:30 a.m. – Yoga Basics (Denise)
  • 10 a.m. – Gentle Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 11:30 a.m. – Chair Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – First Friday Monthly Yin Yoga – Level 1-2 (Jon) Next class: Feb. 1st

Saturday 

  • 9 a.m. – Slow Flow – Level 1-2 (Nancy)
  • 10:30 a.m. – Vinyasa Flow – Level 2-3 (Cara/Leslie/Alyssa alternate)
