Saturday

  • 7:30 a.m. – Sunrise Yoga – Level 2 (Nancy)
  • 9 a.m. – Slow Flow – Level 1-2 (Nancy)
  • 10:30 a.m. – Vinyasa Flow – Level 2-3 (Staff alternates: Leslie-1st Saturday, Cara-3rd & 5th Saturdays, Alyssa-2nd &4th Saturdays)

Sunday

  • 9:30 a.m. Mindful Vinyasa – Level 2-3 (Jon EVERY Sunday as of 9/9)
  • 4 p.m. – Community Class – FREE Monthly Class. Next Class: 9/30

Monday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Yoga Basics – Level 1 (Dorothy)
  • 10 a.m – Gentle Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-Level Yoga – Level 2 (Cara)
  • 7 p.m. – Slow Flow – Level 2-3 (Cara)

Tuesday

  • 9 a.m. – Vinyasa – Level 2-3 (Leslie)
  • 11:30 a.m. – Chair Yoga (Eileen)
  • 4 p.m. – Kid’s Yoga (Theresa) 4-week session starts 9/18 – Pre-registration required.
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-Level Yoga – Level 2 (Carina)
  • 7 p.m. – Gentle Restorative – Level 1 (Jon) 

Wednesday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Beginning Yoga – Level 1 (Lori) 6 week session starts 9/19 – Pre-registration required.
  • 10 a.m – Gentle/Yoga Basics – Level 1-2 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – All-level- Level 2 (Cara)
  • 7 p.m. – Strength & Stretch – Level 2 (Jori)

Thursday

  • 9 a.m. – Vinyasa – Level 2-3 (Leslie)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Gentle Restorative – Level 1 (Eileen)
  • 7 p.m. – Beginning Yoga – Level 1 (Theresa)  6 week session starts 9/20 – Pre-registration required.

Friday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Yoga Basics (Denise)
  • 10 a.m. – Gentle Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 11:30 a.m. – Chair Yoga – Level 1 (Cara)
  • 5:30 p.m. – First Friday Monthly Yin Yoga – Level 1-2 (Jon)
